Hunger Fact:
In August, we distributed food to 5,450 people,
helped 449 single moms feed their families,
and provided food to 555 seniors
and 2,355 children.
How to Register
For all clients, both new and existing, we require:
TWO (2) pieces of
identification each time you come
to the Pantry:
1. A drivers license, state ID, passport, or a consular ID card.
2. A current utility bill in your name or the name of someone in your household, OR, if you do not have a current utility bill, a lease in your name.
Every time you come to Loaves & Fishes for a food
distribution, you must bring these documents. If you
do not
bring them, we can only serve you the emergency food we have on our
emergency shelves. Please have your documents ready for the check-in
desk volunteer.
Children between the ages of 0 and 3 years old:
The first time you register a new child between the ages
of 0 and
3
years old, you must bring the child’s birth certificate, or
a document from the hospital that is used to apply for the birth
certificate, to qualify for the infant care program that provides
baby food, formula, and diapers.
Proxy Forms:
If you are sending a proxy to pick up your food, you must also send
a completed proxy form and your identification with that person. The
proxy must also provide identification to receive your food. This
must be done each time, even if the proxy is the same person picking
up as before.
Where and
who do we serve?
A
client
application (link below) is
required. Please read and fill out both
pages completely, sign and date it, and bring it to the Pantry on
your first visit.
It will help speed your registration
process.
